The Roman Empire
By 200 A.D. the Roman Empire stretched from Britain to Egypt. The Roman Empire took most of Europe, some of Asia, and the north part of Africa. It had trade lines as far as Persia and southern Russia. Julius Caesar had spent 10 years or so trying to help conquer more land for Rome. He took over Spain, Britain, and Gaul by himself.
